All goods must comply with the following guidelines, otherwise we will not accept the right to return and return it to you. The cost of this is for your account.

• All goods must be unused. Any product returned with traces of use or damage while in your possession will void your right of return for that product. We can only accept returns when the product is in resale condition.

• Your return must be packed properly returned with the same attention we paid to the shipment.

• Your return should be packed in a special box for shipping (as you received the order from us). If your return is sent to us without a protective box, we will not accept your return.

• Your return will be valid until 14 days after you receive your products.

Return your order

If your return meets the conditions, we will refund your payment (s), including any, by us, charged shipping costs, within 14 days of the day you received your order. Unless we offer to pick up the product ourself, Zwaanzinnig can wait for repayment until we have received the product in the correct condition. Zwaanzinnig uses the same payment method for repayment you used unless you agree to another method. The refund is free for you.

Re-pack the goods to be returned in the corresponding boxes and place them in the protective box. If your return is sent to us without a protective box, it will not be possible to accept your return. Make sure all items are unused and undamaged, and that you follow the Return Policy as described above, so that we can accept your return.

How long will it take?

Settlement of the return process usually takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, please note that this is only an estimate.

When your return arrives at our depot, it will be processed within 24 hours. We will check all returns on the day of arrival and process all refunds on the next business day. You will receive an email with confirmation of your refund!

When we process your refund, please give your bank 1 to 3 business days to process the refund for you.

The shipping risk on return is at your disposal. We can not investigate lost packages. You will need to contact your courier service for all return shipping related questions. In order to be sure where your package is, we recommend that you send your return by e-mail. a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time!

Change of Product

If you receive product(s) that are not satisfactory for you and you want to change them for other product(s), we recommend placing a new order and returning the products to be changed. We will refund you as soon as we receive your return in good order.

Defective products

In case you receive defective products, you must report this within 4 days of receipt of your products. Please contact our customer service by e-mailing us. The products must be checked for use before receipt. Used products that are defective can not be exchanged or reimbursed.

Make sure which products defective on the invoice so that our customer service team is immediately informed.

Incorrect products or products that you have not ordered.

Please contact us immediately when you have received products that you have not ordered so that we can resolve the issue immediately.

Gift returns

When you have received a product as a gift and you want to return it, please follow the guidelines and instructions above. The person who has ordered the gift for you will be refunded the amount of returned products using the same payment method as your gift.
