On the 9th of October we were invited by Aviko to join them at the unveiling of their newest cookbook. Together with some Dutch and Belgium press and various food bloggers we enjoyed a super fun evening listening to anecdotes of their culinary “road trip” through Italy. The presentation was entirely in the hands of the Flemish chef Wim Ballieu and food personality Janneke Philippi and what a yummie, moving and above all hilarious evening these two made of it. The surprising recipes that emerged from the tour can be found in their beautiful cookbook. We have already had a tasty preview 😉 At the end of the evening everybody went home with a goodie bag, filled with the Aviko cookbook and as an eye catcher our bubble oval 35 cm platter. What a compliment.
