I have ordered a product that is currently out of stock. What should I do?
In the exceptional case that a product that you have already paid is out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail. All our products are handmade with the utmost care so when a product is used up, it can take a few weeks before it is replenished. You then have the following options: Ask for a refund of the amount paid, choose an alternative color, choose an alternative product, or wait until the item is back in stock. Our products are always back in stock within a few weeks.
If you choose an alternative item that is more expensive than the original purchase, you will receive a payment request via email before the replacement item is shipped. If the alternative item is cheaper than the original purchase, you will receive an email with information about a refund on your account.

You enter your details and choose from the payment options. If you choose to pay via iDeal, you make a connection with your own bank. Procedure for placing an order:
All goods must meet the following guidelines, otherwise we reserve the right not to accept returns and return them to you. In that case, you will be responsible for the costs.
Returning your order If your return meets the conditions, we will reimburse your payment (s), including any delivery costs charged by Zwaanzinnig, within 14 days of the day on which you received your order. Repack the goods to be returned in the corresponding boxes and place them in the protective box. If your return is shipped to us without a protective box, it will not be possible to accept your return. How long will it take?
The return process usually takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, keep in mind that this is only an estimate.
When your return arrives at us, it will be processed within 24 working hours. We check all returns on the day of arrival and process all refunds on the next business day. You will receive an email confirming your refund!
When we process your refund, please give your bank 1 to 3 business days to process the refund for you.
The shipping risk for returns lies with you. We cannot investigate lost packages. You will need to contact your courier for any return related questions.
