- The Entrepreneur shall exercise the best possible care when booking orders and executing product orders and when assessing requests for the provision of services.
- The place of delivery is at the address given by the Consumer to the Entrepreneur.
- With due observance of the stipulations in Article 4 of these General Terms and Conditions, the Entrepreneur shall execute accepted orders with convenient speed but at least within 5 working days, unless another delivery period was agreed on. If the delivery has been delayed, or if an order cannot be filled or can be filled only partially, the Consumer shall be informed about this within one month after ordering. In such cases, the Consumer is entitled to repudiate the contract free of charge and with the right to possible compensation.
- After repudiation in conformity with the preceding paragraph, the Entrepreneur shall return the payment made by the Consumer promptly but at least within 30 days after repudiation.
- The risk of loss and / or damage to products will be borne by the Entrepreneur until the time of delivery to the Consumer or a representative appointed in advance and made known to the Consumer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
All goods must comply with the following guidelines or Zwaanzinnig reserves the right not to accept returns and return them to you. In that case, you will be responsible for the costs.
- All goods must be unused. You must contact Zwaanzinnig inmediatly upon receiving your parcel if any of the products are damaged and / or broken. Please contact us via email: email@example.com with photos of the damaged / broken items and packaging when damaged. Any product returned with traces of use or damage while in your possession will void your right to return that product. We can only accept returns if the product is in resalable condition.
- Your return must be properly packaged and returned with the same attention we paid to the shipment.
- Your return should be packed in a protective shipping box (as you received the order from us). If your return is shipped to us without a protective box, we will not accept your return.
- Your right to return is valid for 14 days after you have received your products.
Return your Order
If your return meets the conditions, we will reimburse your payment (s), including any delivery costs charged by Zwaanzinnig, within 14 days of the day on which you received your order. Breakage and / or damage must be reported in writing immediately upon receipt of the package by email with photos. Unless we offer to collect the product from you yourself, Zwaanzinnig can wait to pay back until we have received the product in the correct condition. Zwaanzinnig uses the same payment method you used for reimbursement, unless you agree to a different method. The refund is free of charge for you.
Repack the goods to be returned in the corresponding boxes and place them in the protective box. If your return is shipped to us without a protective box, it will not be possible to accept your return. Please make sure that all items are unused and undamaged, and that you follow the return guidelines described above so that we can accept your return.

How long will it take?
The return process usually takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, keep in mind that this is only an estimate. When your return arrives at us, it will be processed within 24 working hours. We check all returns on the day of arrival and process all refunds on the next business day. You will receive an email confirming your refund!
When we process your refund, please give your bank 1 to 3 business days to process the refund for you.
The shipping risk for returns lies with you. We cannot investigate lost packages. You will need to contact your courier for any return related questions. To be sure where your package is, we recommend that you return your return by a tracking number, so you can check the status of your shipment at any time!
If you receive product (s) that you are not satisfied with and you want to exchange them for other product (s), we recommend that you place a new order and return the products to be exchanged to us. We will refund you as soon as we have received your return correctly.
In the event you receive defective products, you must report this upon arrival of your products. Please contact our customer service by emailing us. The products must be checked before use. Used products that are defective cannot be exchanged or reimbursed.
Make it clear on the invoice which products are defective so that our customer service team is immediately aware of this.

Gift returns If you have received a product as a gift and you want to return it, please follow the guidelines and instructions above. The person who ordered the gift for you will receive the amount of the returned products via the same payment method as how your gift was paid.
