We take all complaints seriously and will do our utmost to solve the problem. So when you have a complaint about your experience with our service we kindly ask you to send an email to our complaint department. You can send your complaint via email, post or just call. Our contact information can be found on our contact page. Our staff will do their best to solve the complaint in a satisfactory way for all parties involved.

After receiving your complaint you will receive a conformation from us.

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving it. In case we need more time we will inform you.

If this is not satisfactory, you can always contact the mediating department of the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which is affiliated. If this mediation is also not resulting in a positive outcome you always have the possibility to bring your complaint before the disputes committee (SGC)
